4 Stretches for Better Posture

Stand on your left foot and place your right foot on your office chair, or if it is available, hike it up onto your desk. Square your hips and lean your upper body over your right leg.

Use the support of the chair or desk if you need to, otherwise place both hands on your hips. Hold for up to 10 deep breaths before switching sides.
