Allen Smith's Biggest Loser Journey

Just before giving a speech about his weight loss journey, he was surprised to find his wife and daughter waiting for him backstage. Allen was moved to tears at the unexpected reunion. His wife commented that she hadn't seen Allen this small since their 1993 wedding. As Allen explained how his weight was hindering his performance as a firefighter, his family watched proudly from the audience.

Allen is one of my favorite contestants, ever. He is quiet but hardworking - I don't think they have ever shown him whining, complaining, or giving up in the gym. He just goes in and gets it done. Good job, Allen!
