Daryl Conant's Ab Inferno

Start lying contoured on the lumbar pad, holding the Ab Mallets overhead with arms extended. In a circular motion, cycle the AbMallets one over another, as if you were bicycling using your hands. Continue cycling as you flex up. Contract the abdominals completely. At the end position stop and make a few additional arm cycles before returning to the starting position. Continue arm cycling all the way back to the starting position. You can vary the diameter of the circles to change the intensity, small, fast and tight or large, exaggerated, with more reaching. Either way will work the abdominals effectively. Exhale on the way up in the flexed position. Inhale on the way back contouring to the lumbar pad.
