Daryl Conant's Ab Inferno

Start lying down contoured on the lumbar pad. Arms overhead with the Ab Mallets pressed together. Separate the Ab Mallets and begin making an open arm circle. As you begin to sweep the arms forward, begin to flex forward. Once you achieve full abdominal contraction your Ab Mallets should be between your legs. Press the Mallets together, lie back, and bring the arms over the body returning to the starting position. Exhale as you flex up contracting the abdominals. Inhale as you return to the starting position.
