Cardio & Sculpts the Inner Thighs

Prepare for endless games of Peek-a-Boo with this cardio sequence.

Part 1: Stand behind your chair and with your hands on Baby. March or jog in place for a count of eight.

Part 2: Place your hands on the chair and with your hips rotated out, step out to the right and sit into a plie squat. Then step back together and repeat by stepping out to the left. Remember to use the chair as your hiding place, as well as to help support your balance, as you sit into your squat with a big, “Peek-a- BOO!” Repeat the sequence, moving from Part 1 to Part 2, for 60 seconds. Rest and hydrate for 15 seconds before starting the next exercise.
