Saturday Morning Drills: Weightless Arm Workout

Full burpees are a great full body workout, but especially for the arms with the addition of a full push up. To complete full burpee get down into push up position and lower down into a push up. Then jump your feet up toward your hands so your legs are almost directly underneath you and rise up into a low squat. Next, jump up directly into the air raising your hands overhead (as pictured above). Drop down immediately into another full push up and repeat the move for a total of 12 reps.
