42-year-old John Drury from Cincinatti, Ohio, reached his peak weight of nearly 400 pounds after he became a truck driver. Sixty to 70 hours spent behind the wheel and poor nutrition did a number on his health. But after a local radio station hosted a Biggest Loser Weight Loss contest, it sparked a transformation that led John to a healthier view of food and exercise. In the process John discovered his love for Zumba, and enjoyed it so much he became a certified instructor and even started his own dance studio - Big John's Dance Fitness. Now, just more than a year later, John's 100 pounds lighter and loving life, and hopes to encourage others with his inspiring story.
