In this video, Dr. Mike discusses what to do if you mess up and cheat on the diet. Should you go back and re-start cycle one? The answer is no. You may want to add a little more exercise, or you may want to follow a day or two from cycle 1 to get back on track. But don't worry! You don't have to be perfect to succeed on the 17 Day Diet, and there's not one absolute way to lose weight. You can also always feel free to return to cycle 1 if you hit a weight loss plateau.
