I am a night owl so to incorporate this new way of life for me, I am going to try to start going to bed no later than 10:00 p.m. (EXCEPT for the next two Monday nights because I HAVE to watch Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition)!! :) This will give me plenty of time to get my sleep in and get up and do a morning exercise before having to get ready for work! Can't wait to continue my new lifestyle changes. Court, you are AWESOME....just saying! :)

i think a lot of us take sleeping for granted! i always try to get everything done in one day that i have on my to-do list, and that can go way into the night. leaving only a few hours of sleep and up and at it again!

+Thanks Marci! You are just as inspiring as Courtney! I currently get 6.5 hours of sleep a night... gonna take this week and work at getting 7. I have been really struggling every morning to get up... which results in bad food decisions in the a.m.. Getting to bed early should result in more rest and easier to get up and start my day off right!

Count me in for this week's challenge! I'm aiming for 8. I usually get 6 but I still wake up tired, so maybe an extra 2 hours will help. I look forward to seeing you on camera again next week Courtney! Rest up so you can heal! Give your mama a hug from me cuz she's an awesome lady! The apple definitely does not fall far from the tree in your family! :D

I love my sleep. I don't always get enough. I try to get 8 hours of sleep a night. It's not always possible but I always get at least 6 hours. But I can even tell the difference in my body from getting 6 or 8 hours. Just two hours a night makes a difference.

This is a great challenge for me. I do not get enough sleep. I stay up way too late. My goal is going to be 7 hours. Hope you are feeling better Courtney.
