+I also am a previous Australian curves member, and left my curves membership because I felt that I was unable to effectively track my goals both whilst working out and after.
posted Jul 20th, 2009 6:11 amI will seriously consider re-joining with this new feature!

+I used to be a member of Curves. Though I enjoyed the 30-45 minute workout flexibility, I hated not being able to see or know if I was effective. I think CurvesSmart is an awesome invention. I have decided to restart my membership.

-It gets very boring after awhile. The instructors and owner at the Curves I go to talk to much about their personal problems. Acutally they just talk to much. The program gets bland and I really can't wait until my contract is up.

Thats worrying about your lights your trainer should be on hand to tell you, the solid green light means you are working to your target, flashing green means you are working harder and will probably put your pi up next time, amber light could either be to do with you range of motion or your speed, check out your range of motion to make sure you are doing this correctly if so go for speed. Hope this helps.

I have been a Curves member for 3 years. I just recently went with the Curves Smart. I like it but do not understand all the lights. Is there any information you can email me about it. What does the flashing green light mean? What is the green bar telling me?
