Dan Evans Talks About Leaving Biggest Loser

After an unusual weight gain of nine pounds, Dan Evans left The Biggest Loser ranch in Week three. Many speculated that he gained weight intensionally because he wanted to go home. We ask Dan about the potentially missed opportunity.

Dan responds somewhat defensively. He doesn't feel that he's prevented anyone from reaching their weight-loss goals. Dan shares his that he's continued to lose weight at home, and identifies the different things he's been doing to stay on track.

As long as you have some mulsce mass, eating healthily will allow your body to naturally (yet more slowly) burn off excess fat. However, what do you think it is easier to sell people? Pricey healthy food that they can just replace with items from the store, or get ripped quick exercise machines for $ 20 a pop? Also (and this is just my opinion) telling people they can still eat most of what they want and they just have to exercise is more appealing than telling them that they have to be very strict abou
