Over the course of just 17 day, Diane lost six pounds and six inches on The Flat Belly Diet. She's a cancer survivor who struggles with stress eating.

On the Prevention's Flat Belly Diet, Diane ate four times each day. The diet places emphasis on getting enough monounsaturated fatty acids, or "MUFAs," which are found in nuts, seeds, avocados and olives. Diane says she feels full after eating this meal plan and is very please with her progress after two weeks.
