Dolvett Quince in His Element as a Biggest Loser Trainer

Meet the newest Biggest Loser trainer in our interview.

We recently had a chance to catch-up with one of Biggest Loser's new trainers, Dolvett Quince, who told us he's "in my element" at The Ranch. With a long list of training certifications, his Body Sculptor studio in Atlanta (with a DVD series and potentially a new book), and several celebrity clients (including Justin Bieber) Dolvett's one of the most qualified trainers to ever work with the contestants on the hit reality show.

He's not a typical celebrity trainer. In fact, it seems he may have more experience helping clients lose hundreds of pounds than stars fit in to a smaller jean size. He helped his brother, Joey, lose 200 pounds, and another client lost 300 under Dolvett's guidance.

He told DIR's Facebook fan Rahim that in order to get a better workout for his lower abs, that it's necessary to do more that requires lifting the legs, which will engage the lower abs.

As for his own personal fitness, Dolvett told us "I don't limit myself," and he tries to do a lot of varied activities like weights, yoga, and resistance training to keep his sculpted physique in shape. He also says he watches his diet, but does "cheat" occasionally with his favorite guilty pleasure - pastries. Dolvett told us "I have a huge sweet tooth," and prefers lemon cake and apple pastries to chocolate.

His fingers are crossed for a return to The Ranch in Biggest Loser's season 13, which is in the process of finalizing casting now.

Don't miss any of our Biggest Loser coverage!
