I love Erik; he's the reason I watch the show. I was so sad when I saw that he had regained all that weight. I am now praying for him to finish losing this weight he's gained and to keep it off. Good luck, Erik!!!

I found your first success so inspiring, it led to my first weight loss. Like you, though I slipped in the years between. Hearing your story though, I got back on the wagon in December and have lost every pound I gained plus a few extra. I am in the best shape of my life. Keep up the great work, you are an inspiration to many men whether you are on the TV every week or not.

Hey Eric! Good to have you back at the resort. You add so much positive energy and motivation. You know how it's done-you either kick your own butt or you get your butt kicked-right :) It's all worth it-as you know and what you are doing this time is even more motivating because it's not for $250,000 and america can really relate because everyone's lost weight and gained it back and you are setting an example of not giving up-maintaining is harder and fortunately we get second chances :) Kick your own butt!
