How to Make A Weight Watcher Friendly Cake

A recipe for a 2 Point Chocolate Cake - made with Diet Coke!

Derby Wallus shares her twist on a boxed-cake recipe. Instead of water, eggs, and oil she substitutes a can of Diet Coke. All you need is a box of chocolate cake mix, like Betty Crocker, and a can of Diet Coke. For those who are following the Weight Watchers diet, it's only 2 points per serving (the average cake mix makes 12 servings per box).

I made this cake. Used white cake mix, one diet coke. While cooling I mixed a sm box of strawberry sugar free jello. Use 1/2 the amount of cold water. Pour over cake and cover. Refrigerate. The jello jells in the cake. It is good.

I would have used a strawberry diet drink but did have one.

She doesn't mention how big a piece of cake is for the 2 points. How many servings is the cake? Is it a 2" square for 2 pts? What?
