Hydroxycut is a nutritional supplement marketed by Lovate Health Sciences Inc., designed to help consumers lose weight. It is sold at conventional retailers, such as GNC and Wal-Mart, online retailers such as Evitamins, and through direct television marketing.
Currently sold in the United States without ephedra, Hydroxycut advertises under a marketing slogan of a product that increases metabolism and reduces hunger cravings. The ephedra-free product further claims to increase metabolism and energy while curbing your appetite, cutting calories and maintaining blood sugar. Like many nutraceuticals, its efficacy is questionable.

+Well i did hydroxycut for a whole summer back in 07... it was actually really good...it gives you the energy to push yourself when your at the gym... i lost a good 20lbs while on it.... but you need to RUN a few times a week really to lose the weight... its not going to go away on its own.... i was actually running 5 times a week for 2 - 3 months but was still eating like a jackass but still managed to lose 20lbs... so if you eat well and do this you could probably have pretty amazing results.... the negative... if your take it too late in the day you might have issues sleeping... you drink anything with caffiene in it... when i first started out on it i had a monster energry drink while on it... i went to the gym and i was running for an hour straight full speed... i was like usain bolt... and the crazy part was i still wasnt tired... then went home and crashed like a plane... then read the back of the bottle about the caffiene... so yeah... you i probably had a caffiene overdose and could of hurt myself... but was lucky. the other thing that sucks is you have to take it twice a day and its like 3 pills at a time... once before a meal and once before workout is what i did... so thats 6 pills a day... sounds like alot... but the plus is it works... you feel full of energy all the time.... and its not something that when you stop taking it you gain the weight back because all it really does is make you sweat and gives you energy...(its a thermogenic) but yeah.. i say give it a try , it works well , and that guy in that video isnt , muscletech is one of the legit companys out there , ive taken a few of there products...

-How much money did Muscle Tech give this guy? Tell me you TRUE experience with it, not an obvious pitch for the company. I second Rodrigo's thoughts. Very lame indeed.
