I am on day three of the 15/6 and have lost no weight yet. I do have tons more entegy though. I used to yawn and yawn from 2:30 to 4:30 when I would get off work. I work in front of a computer all day which can get boring and very routine. Since on this diet, I have plenty of energy and my metal focus is so sharp, I didn't know I could feel this good. I am getting tasks done faster and am rememering things better. A co-worker asked me this morning if I had been drinking before work because of my extra energy. lol! He wants to know my energy secret!

+To Mavis- I haven't bought his book and I have been able to follow his diet just fine. It is called research, learn how to use google instead of being so rude. It is all there, just a matter of typing it into google and actually doing the reading.

+I have been watching the videos and seeing you on TV. I do Believe. I started the plan this week and have lost 2 pounds but best yet, slacks fit better in waist and tummy. I saw a small part of Bag Choice-Good Choice, McDonalds. I have not been able to find the video again. Where is it? Thanks. Cris

I love this approch to weight loss and it's so easy. By the way I found whole wheat flat bread at Costco called "Flat out" flat bread. 100% whole grain wheat, 31% of daily fiber, 100 calories, 17 carbs, 1 sugar, large wraps. They are delicious and fit in great with your approach. Check it out.

+I've been doing the BFC for 6 months and have lost 45 lbs and lost 8 inches off my belly. It's pretty simple...eat anything you want, just read the labels and try to keep to 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of 20 carbs or less a day. Google BFC recipes and you will find lots of ideas. It's really easy and it works! I dropped 87 points in bad cholestrol and BP is now 120/80! I FEEL GREAT!
