Marisa Miller's Paddleboard Workout

A total-body workout from Brody Welte.

Brody Welte is model Marisa Miller's trainer. Miller has appeared on the cover of SHAPE magazine many times, in addition to being a Victoria's Secret model. Here are some great exercises that Miller uses to stay in good form for paddleboarding.

Welte walks us through the burpee, a plank progression, a shoulder progression, and squats. Repeat each of these exercises several times a week for a total body workout that can also prevent injury while participating in water sports.
