Our friends over at Fit Test Dummies, Madison and David, review the RealRyder Indoor Cycle. They really like it! This is an indoor cycle that gives more of the workout that you would actually get riding a bike out on the road, because it forces you to use your core muscles to stay balanced. In fact, you can vary your workout with leaning for even more of a burn.
