How exactly does Yoplait fit in to her healthy habits? One cup of their yogurt has as much sugar as a full size candy bar. Meaning this isn't a health food, it's junk food. The second ingredient is sugar and they use HFCS. The yogurt has NO fiber in it, a wonder considering it has fruit. You get the idea. I gave up Yoplait as part of my "healthy habits" years ago when I figured out that there is actually healthy, nutritious yogurt on the market.
