Courtney admits that last week left her waddling with 100 squats a day, but everyone has to know it was well worth the burn! This week we're looking at the empty calories flooding your diet.

Week 6 Challenge: Ditch the Soda!

Whether you call it pop like Courtney or soda like New Englanders, she wants you to keep it out of your mouth. "In the end, it's not going to make you the best you," she says. If you can skip it for the next seven days, surely you can give it up for good. Follow Courtney's lead and swap each soda sip for one of water.
