Week 9 Courtney's Summer Challenge

Give your core some deserved attention by knocking out 100 sit-ups this week.

In our second-to-last week of Courtney's Summer Challenge she's going to keep you moving! Focus on the core this week by doing 100 sit-ups or crunches each day. As always, you don't have to do them all at once, and could split them up between mornings and evenings. You'll feel the burn in your abs but it will be worth it!
