Weight Watchers Core Skillet Lasagna

A simple

Similar to a boxed lasagna dinner, only it fits with the Weight Watchers Core plan.

Skillet Lasagna 1 lb lean ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 2 minced garlic cloves 1 can diced tomatoes 8 oz tomato sauce 1 can water 1 t. oregano 1 t. basil 1 t. salt 1 T. parsley 2 1/2 c. whole wheat pasta (raw) 1 c. fat free cottage cheese 1/4 c. fat free shredded mozarella 1/4 c. fat free grated parmesan

Brown meat, garlic, and onions. Add tomatoes, sauce, seasonings, water, and whole wheat pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover and turn heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is done. Combine cheeses and drop by spoonfulls on top. Cover until melted.
