Akavar 20/50 is a European weight loss pill that has achieved much success. It has made its move to the U.S. seeking the same. Akavar boasts that it is the ultimate fat cure and that you'll see the results you seek without any diet restrictions or inclusion of exercise.
Akavar is designed to restrict your daily caloric intake to less than normal. Without those calories that your body requires for energy, you'll start to use your fat reserves. This will of course cause you to lose weight and inches. However, you'll immediately gain back that weight should you stop using Akavar. The website offers little-to-know information about the product leaving open many questions about the supplement.
Promotes eating all you like and still seeing weight loss
Reduces urge to overeat
Do not have to count calories
Won't feel hungry
CON
Akavar 20/50 leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the more concerning details include:
Promotes a lifestyle without exercise and healthy diet
No FDA approval
Web site offers very little information
No published clinical research
Does not publish ingredients
Contains caffeine
INGREDIENTS
It takes a lot of research to find what is inside those little Akavar tablets, as the product's website bypasses any discussion. Akavar includes many caffeine sources including xanthine and green tea leaf. Other ingredients include yerba mate, guarana seed, ginger root, kola nut, Tibetan ginseng, cocoa nut, rice flour, yellow no. 6, red no. 3 and Gelatin, among many others.
CONCLUSION
Akavar 20/50 leaves a lot of open questions- which really leads to concerns about both the product's effectiveness and impact on the body. With so many diet pills and supplements on the market, it is important for manufacturers to paint a detailed picture of the product to help consumers make the most educated decisions. Many diet pills and supplements provide all of the information that Akavar seems to have conveniently left out. It is also a little misleading that without diet and exercise you can still lose weight. Anyone who has ever committed to losing weight knows that without important changes to diet and exercise, results are often not achieved.
The heartburn you may feel after you have taken your pills is because you have not drunk enough water with the pills. That happened with me, too. I have been taking the Akavar supplement for two days and realize the pills control my appetite so I can stay on my diet! That is exactly what I needed.

I would like to take a moment and thenk each and every person who has posted a comment here so far. I will admit, I found this page while looking for a diet or exercise plan or supplement, but read a few comments and stayed to read the whole "show" (lol). It reads like a story and it had my attention until the end. I have found a great site to read an entertaining dialogue and forget about things like losing weight. Between these products' ridiculous ads, the bickering amongst the different opinions and the emotional and pill popping rollercoaster ride the tale spins you into another realm of reality where common sense, clear grammar and ambition are uneard of! God! this could win an award for nonfiction! Thanks again, but if you are missing what I am saying, please take a moment and read all of the comments from top to bottom as if they were characters carrying on converstaions in a book called AKAVAR! You have my vote - thanks for the giggle :)

First, a little background. I have tried dieting in the past, but I am not one of those sorts who will "crash" diet, nor am I inclined to try the latest fads as they happen. Rather, I try to limit how much I eat, and I stay away from excess sugar, excess fat, and so on. I have found that if I eat less than about 1700 calories a day, I can lose weight. The problem is my appetite is just too big - I need at least 2500 calories a day to stave off the hunger. Enter Akavar: I bought a bottle of pills yesterday, woke up this morning a little hungry, and took a single pill (i.e. half the usual dosage - I am slightly sensative to caffeine). My hunger passed 15 minutes later, and has not returned in the hour and a half that I've waited so far. The only side effect I have noticed is a slight "earthy" um... taste... to the gas that I normally have to deal with (we all have "tasted" something at least once when we burp, I'm sure). That, and a somewhat higher than normal energy level. I'll write again in a week or two with my progress. So far, the pill is working as claimed.

Ok I started taking Akavar months ago , but like some of the others i had quite worrying side effects..obviously being heavy was not great when have heart burn and dizzy spells along with palpatations. It makes me wonder whether you could in fact have a heart attack..??? I have heard great things untill it hit the US and now it seems there is NOT enough info on it and the general census of opinion is that it is CRAP,,we are all indivviduals but beware anyway some of these positive reviews could be from Akavar !!!!!!!!!!!

so i started taking the pills yesterday... i started with one to see what it would do with a full glass of water 15 min before lunch....about 30 min later a had wicked bad heart burn that lasted all day.... i took it agian today. no heart burn, but i can feel my stomach burning.....
ill take it again tommorrow and see what happens....
FiFi
I'm back! I took the pills the first day and I got a heart burn which when away by the end of the day. I mentioned that not because I am so negative, but I just wanted to be honest. Anyways, the next Day1 had no heart burn and I haven't experienced it anymore. Day2 I had to rush to the bathroom with sooorry "loose stool" I don't wanna say it was diarrhea cause that would mean more than 3 times a day. That happened an hour after I had taken the pills, of course, as directed 15mins before lunch. However, Day3 and Day4 I have had no side effects at all. With regards appetite, I don't feels there has been a change, I mean I am not feeling full nor am I feeling more hungry. I am not one of those who eats a lot, nor am I one of those who starve, and I haven't changed since taking the pills so far. I thought I would feel less hungry or full. But I don't mind that, the pill is suppose to work any hows. We'll see!!!!:)

I take Akavar anally and it has helped me more than if I were to take it orally. Somehow the ingredients are absorbed more efficiently through the anus. This leads to an absorption level of 50% more than through the mouth. I'm going to try to shoot these up IV to see the boost then.

I have taken akavar for a couple of weeks, it works but to those that have heartburn, drink more water thats what I found works when your heart burn comes on. Give it a chance to those that are so negative

OK First off you really have to question a product whose commercial starts off by saying "We couldn't say it on tv if it wasn't true" Hello how stupid do you have to be to believe that. You never get Something for Nothing! This is a fairly new product on the American market and there may be all kinds on side effects that have not been discovered or documented. Yes this product has been in Europe for awhile but that does not mean they have gone public with all the side effects. Better yet go on believing that this will work, I have a pill that will make you learn a second language just by taking it 4 times a day. No learning involved just take these special pills and learn a nother language. AND REMEMBER WE COULDN'T SAY IT ON THE INTERNET IF IT WASN'T TRUE!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Ok, for the people that are bashing diet pills,.. Why are you on here?? For those that say this doesn't work, you need to realize everyone is built differently. What works for me is not going to work for you. What makes this pill work or not work is in your genetics. There is a chemical compound in it that works on the parts of your brain that say "Im hungry" and "Im full". Just because it says "Eat all you want and still lose weight" does not mean go to McDonalds and order the entire menu. If this is your eating habit, nothing is gonna work for you hun, try a doctor.... However, if you have it in your mind that you are ready to lose weight.... read the packaging; and read all of it.... healty diet and exercise are recommended for best result. I have been taking this pill for about a week and a half and yes, it works,... FOR ME... I set it in my mind that I was going to start eating better.... this does not say that I cut out fried or fatty foods all together, however, I made a deal with myself. Thats how it begins. There is no miracle pill or diet that works 100% of the time for 100% of people. Your diet and exercise routine does not work for me, and my diet and exercise routine does not work for you. If you are gaining weight on this pill its because your body has an immunity to it and you should try something else. Quit wasting your time with pills and see a doctor. For everyone- If anything is gonna work, you have to believe in yourself first. When you decide you are gonna stick to something, make a deal and reward yourself when you meet goals in weightloss. 10#- splurge on dinner, go to get pizza or something. 20#- buy a new wardrobe... its all about commitment to yourself, not to the pills or diet routines. Im no doctor, or anything else. Im a 24 year old Military Reservist and Active Duty wife- mother to 3 boys.... it takes time and faith....

I have decided to try Akavar, so I have taken 2 pills as directed with a full glass of water. All I can say for now is that, since taking the pills I had a heart burn for about an hour. I will buy a scale and post a message weekly to let you know of the progress and any side effects.

I see to sides to this Akavar pill. You have some people saying that it works and you have people saying that it doesnt work and that people who buy the pills are idiots, and you say that people need to get off the couch everyonce in a while. Well first off I'd like to say dont be bitter cause it didnt work for you and quit saying people need to get off the couch and work out instead of taking this pill cause it's very hard for some people to lose weight. I've been taking this pill for 4 weeks now and I've lost 15 lbs. I dont over eat even though it's says you can eat what you want. I still eat about the same and I try to work out when I can. For those who havent tried this pill dont let bitter people discourage you to try this pill...cause who knows it might just work for you.

just for the record this product does not contain any frolic acid, B6 is not frolic acid but pyridoxine which helps with sodium patassium balance and absorption of fats and proteins.

people really need to realize that there is no magical diet pill. if there really was a pill that would let you eat all you want and still loose weight there would be no obese people

I took this product for 4-weeks along with diet and exercise and i actually gained weight. When I called Akavar's customer suport which is actually distributed by Body Forum Shop for my "money-back" guarantee, I was told that since it was after 30-days, they could exchange it with another diet pill products. I wanted my $49.99 back as stated in the guarantee.
Dynakor products are none effective.

I've been taking Akavar 20/50, for just about 2 weeks now. I've taken everything in the past from Hydroxycut to Stacker 3. I'm being 100% honest in saying that as a 25 y/o male who sits behind a desk and has only 2 days a week to work out, that Avakar has done it's job. I have increased my water intake, this product has given me great energy, and suppressed cravings in between meals. I intake about 1500 calories a day, and take 2 pills 15 mins before lunch and dinner. It's great. Week One I lost 4lbs, and Week Two I lost 7lbs. The thing that makes me happiest is that I can actually see a change in my waist line I went from a 33 to a 32, and my weight has gone from 179 to 168 thus far. I'm almost at my goal of 155lbs. You have to eat healthy and watch calories, carbs, and fat to make it work people. Kudos Avakar!
Milly
Just a heads up. If you combine gaurana and yerba mate it's almost like a natural Fenfen. If nothing else all the stuff in these will definatly give you more energy whether you want it or not.

I am concerned reading the stories about underage and 17 yr olds taking these pills because they feel fat. Anyone hear about Terry Schiavo, the girl who in the 90's took diet pills and had a heart attack which left her in a vegatative state and they finally pulled the plug. For gods sake stop taking these pills and excercise and lay off the big macs and other fast food. I came across this website looking for sensible diet plans and read what everyone is going through to look good.
