I've been using it about a week and i'm down 4 lbs without changing my eating habits. I want to lose about 15 lbs total. What I noticed after about 3-4 days was I'm not as hungry between meals so I can eat what I want AT meals, I also am not snacking at night and I leave more food on my plate now as I feel full (I used to skip full and go straight to miserably stuffed)

I found www.AkavarStore.com which has a lot of information on it about Akavar. I've been using akavar for about 3 weeks now and i've lost 12 pounds. It has worked for me anyways. I've recommeded it to some family and friends and for some it has done great and others not as good. So, I guess it just depends on the person. I'm sure glad I tried it out.

Today, i bought this akavar thing. Im only 17 years old, and i weight around 155. I feel very fat and even obese, idk why. Today, im going to start taking them (secretly). Im hoping i'll see results soon. If akavar works, i'll buy another bottle. Im also going to exercise and eat less.. hopefully that will help. My goal is to lose 10 lbs, which will bring me to 140.

Newsflash. Water fills up your stomach just like food does. Sure, it takes your stomach longer to breakdown solid food, but your stomach still has to digest water before it can be carried off through your bloodstream. So if you are supposed to take this pill with a full glass or two of water of water in only stands to reason that you are going to fill fuller faster. Hey, if you don't believe me, just try drinking a big glass of water before you eat your next meal. You will eat less and guess what...lose weight.

well, I tried it a couple of times, and I just had two yesterday, but last night my muscles were hurting so much in my legs, and my back was in so much pain. I think it works, but it isn't good to take it toward night fall.

i just bought AKAVAR 20/50 and now i feel like a sucker! I read the website,the box and i thought only ann idiot would believe this.Their website does not contain any indepth info on the product.Thats what i get for not reading and just buying without doing my homework, oh well.

Hi everyine, My fiance and I just started taking akavar 3 days ago, so far hes lost 3.6 pounds and Iv'e lost 2.4. I don't know much about akavar but so far so good. I will right back in and let everyone know how its going. Also if you are looking to decrease your weight you might want to look into colonic irrigation. It sound awful, but its really not that bad. Friends of mine have had it done and its knocked off 16 pounds. Good luck everyone.

There is a reason you feel full after taking one of these pills...it's the 2 glasses of water you drink with it! Of course drinking 2 glasses of water is going to fill you up. Give me a break. Don't take the easy way out...you're going to gain all that weight back. Eat the right foods and get out and move!

I have been taking Akavar for 2 weeks now. I dont want to loose weight I just want to be able to acutally enjoy christmas treats and dinners withour having to kill myself dieting and exercising.. I have eaten.. VERY VERY badly.. I mean like lots of peanut butter, cookies, chocolate, lots of carbs, drinking etc. I havent gained any weight.. I do a lot of stretching and lower body toning ( because that is where i put on all of my extra weight) I have noticed that my stomach is actually flatter now i think i am loosing inches. My weight hasent increased or decreased. just a note to everyone.. you can pretty much eat what you want for a week straight, then the next week cut your calories to 1200 or 1400.. ur body will burn so much more calories because it would be used to burning 2000+ calories daily. I have done some research on this . n e ways.. Akavar i believe is helping me maintain my weight.. I like it so far and I am far less hungry :)

For the people who say they've had weird side effects from Akavar, stop using cocaine. I have been on it for 2 weeks. I have lost 5 pounds and I have NOT experienced any strange side effects. Do people truly think that a pill will allow you to lose weight without diet and exercise? This pill does boast wonderful things, but it is meant as a metabolism booster to get your stomach acids churning so you start breaking down the food as soon as it hits your stomach (hence the need to take it 15 minutes prior to eating). As with any type of diet pill, stop taking it if you don't like it.

I have been on Akavr for one week. I havent weighed myself yet but I know its working. I only take one pill at a time because of the caffeine. I do go potty ALOT! But that is just more exercise going up and down the stairs! I have also noticed that I fill up faster and I dont get my sweet treat cravings at night any more. Plus I have cut down on the pop that I drink. I went from drinking 4-5 regular pops a day to only drinking ONE!!!

I tried Akavar. I started feeling strange urges about three days into taking it. I lost weight but I'd also wake up in strange places surrounded by fast food wrappers. I didn't remember eating anything or driving anywhere. I've heard of people who had these kinds of side effects from sleeping pills but Akavar is not a sleeping pill. I've lost 30 lbs now, but I also have several days unaccounted for. Beware!

Hi guys. I've used it for 2 weeks, I feel very good.But sometimes I cannot sleep, I think because of the caffeine, I don't want to eat anything, but still feel hungry in the evening.I don't think we can't eat whatever, it just helps us to restrict the hunger.

hey! i love this pill! it does really work...i mean i have been eating normally( i dont eat much) and i have lost about 3lbs in a week! i dont know what it does...but i like it....i was on alli and it has sum really bad side effects! but neways my mom bought the pill and like them to..the caffine is not as high as other leading diet pills....i took NV and it sux! lol it gave me a cyst on my overies for real, i wouldnt advise any1 to take it! okeyz well thats just my 2 sense -brittany

This pill doesn't do anything. The claims are totally false. It's all advertising and marketing. I've been taking this pill religiously for 3 weeks and I've gained almost 3 pounds. I followed instructions and ate everything I wanted but instead of loosing the weight I gained!! I can't believe how they can lie to customers and get away with it.

I have been on the Akavar pills for about 4 days. The first few days I was not very hungry. Now, I eat even more than I did before because I keep thinking the pill is going to help me lose weight without eating less. I am confused! It claims that you can eat all that you want and lose weight. Time will tell, but I am losing hope not weight!
