-Being in the medical field, I am flabbergasted by how many people fall for this scam. Can you imagine Jesus walking the streets of Damascus, and pitching for a cool $1,800 his Godly dietary play. Buy yourself a Bible or pick one up for free. These guys rationalize they are Godly men in their minds when if fact they are the wolves in lambs clothing. Be aware of Body by God zealots and find reputable chiropractors who won't try to upcharge you with long "discount" plans. It's hypocritical.

-I was on the program and if you get rid of sweets, processed carbs, oils, and fats go on strict low calories diet you lose weight. Our brain gets desperate and goes after stored body fat. This is how our body works not the program. My husband was losing weight with me and he was not on the program just eating the same food I was eating. Are you willing to pay for this $1800 unless you need to be motivated and committed by paying so much money? More people realize they get scammed.

I haven't tried this yet and am still reading the book, but since I already eat clean I can see that this is the way to go. I excited to try his recommendations on when to eat carbs and proteins and see if that will help my weight loss. I already don't drink pop and stay away from processed food so this should be easy..I can imagine that this might sound like hogwash to those who are pop and fast food junkies!

+I think this life changing plan of eating in the way the Lord intended is inspired by the Holly Spirt. I published the book and read it and suddenly had the need to start eating more healthier.

-Basically a rehash of the Atkins diet with strength training. It's too low in fiber and omega 3 fats to do any serious weight loss and the religious overtone is insulting.

+Made sense to me according to top cutting edge on-going research on nutrition. So tried it and have totally changed the way I eat.! Plus my family are all doing it now and slowly changing the way to eat as well. Thanks

+This plan worked for both me and my wife, she has multiple sclerosis and i am overweight. It took a real commitment, but thanks to the diet and exercise (and chiropractic adjustments of several "pinched" nerves in her neck) she no longer needs a wheelchair, and is now walking a mile a day or more. I have lost over 45 lbs, and am still loosing.

+I think that the con analysis was very unfair...after all God gave us plenty to eat without it being 'Man Altered'. Nothing is man-made! Great program.

+My husband and I started doing the Body By God diet after we got married, determined not to gain weight like most married couples. Prior to this diet, I had throat problems and was told I needed my tonsils out. Since following the diet, I feel great! No sore throat!! I also notice that when I am hungry, I'm not starving--it's a different kind of hungry. We do go off the diet from time to time and then realize how bad we feel when we eat refined sugar and dairy products. It really is eye an opening and life changing un-diet.

+I lost 55 pounds in 4 months. HONEST!! I did the 15 min of exercize and the diet just how it says to but, I did not cut the dairy. I love milk. The weight still just fell of me. NOTHING works like this. I have tried it all. It was hard at first. He list replacment foods to eat to replace your bad food you like to ear. It did lower my cravings enough to where I would not cave. It is very restrictive but if your ready and tired of failed diet plans. This is the key.

+When we realize our bodies are temples of christ, we need to make sure we are putting foods and beverages that satisfy our bodies the way God intended them to. That's the whole point of this book. And despite the website, it really does help people to slowly eliminate foods without feeling so guilty for the foods you do break down and eat. The "un-diet" idea of the book it great. The author even states he breaks down every once in a while to eat something he wants, but then continues to eat healthy, as long as bad foods don't consume his diet. I would definitely recommend my friends to read this book because it puts your body and how we treat them into a whole new perspective. We fill our minds with God's word and attempt to live the best lives as possible, although none of us are perfect. So the same as we should eat foods God created for us to eat and thus have a body God intended for us to have. The whole point of this book is to open up your eyes to the fact that God wants us to live healthy and happy lives. So many of us use our time unwisely and this stresses us out, causing us to put ourselves last. This book shows you how to manage your time more wisely and reduce stress while achieving a goal of changing your eating habits and loosing weight. You have to check this book out. Definitely worth it!

Body By God saved my life as I learned how to eat properly, the importance of exercise...how to take care of my health not just for me, but for my family and most importantly, for God. I now don't focus on ill-health, but on true health and I'm able to focus on my purpose in life! Everyone deserves to learn about this and transform their life, so share the good news!!

Body is soul spirit or god. While we take rest it is yoga while we rest (One state another is called as rest) Thinking is cure to help the body condition as long as without death also the body, So confirm that god is our body. Since we are forgetting this. Because of life stress mgt. etc. So think of you is body maintanance Love is god god is body so keep the body in open hearted so that the god's blissfullness is the same you can realize , you could only or i could only realize the god .Try this atleat two hrs a day.
