I have been on MB for a week. I eat well and go to the gym regularly but have reached a plataeu in my weight loss, so I thought I'd give MB a try. I have less energy now I and have been craving food all of the time. I will not be purchasing anymore MB!!!

I started taking miracle burn 4 days ago, and can really feel the difference. I work in an office and then I get home to cook and take care of the family. I have found myself the past 3 nights with lots of energy! I can't work out till weekends due to my daily mommy and wifey shores but damn, Im not even sleepy at work anymore. Ive had a high sex drive also.. that puts me to sleep, lol. I have combined the pills with a low carb diet and its been perfect so far. On a low carb diet I usually get constipated, but the combination of the pills with it takes me back to normal. My goal is to get rid of 31-36 lbs by june, hopefully I can get that done by then. My fear is that since I dont have the time to work out durring the week will slow down the process of lossing the pounds. About the headaches, I got them the first 2 days but it was nothing I couldn't handle, just pop in some advils and call it a day.

I WOULD DEFINETLY CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING MIRACLE BURN IF YOU ARE TAKING AN SSRI (like Prozac, Zolft, Lexapro, Effexor, etc.) for anxiety or depression. I did & BOY WAS I SORRY. THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE. MY HEART RACED MILES A MINUTE, MY PULSE SKYROCKETED, GOT DIZZY, HAD A FULL BLOWN PANIC ATTACK. THAT'S JUST MY EXPERIENCE & ONE MEDICAL PERSONS ADVICE. BE CAREFUL!

Ive been taking mb for three days and little by little i notice my appetite change.The first day nothing. I dont really feel the energy boost until i exercise or when i take the third pill in the afternoon. Im going to give mb a chance, and after a couple wks ill come back on and see if some of the baby fat will go away.

Should I, should I not? Everyone is different of course but i'm just scared! I only have about 10 pounds to lose and treadmill and eating better and giving up soda is NOT helping! Any more suggestions?

I just purchased miracle burn and now im having second thoughts as i have read so many negative reports now thanks to me not doing the proper homework ahead of time.......my bad.......but i have also now heard the report that the address thats printed on the box is bogus and now im really worried..........does this stuff work ???

Listen...when it comes to these funny diet pills I am very skeptical..but MB has really impressed me. I have been taking it for 3 weeks, and the pounds have shed, and there are no side effects. Im not selling this product because it may work differently for some people, but it is working for me. I have much more energy when I work out, and Im not craving sweets, and bad food the way I use to. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I will keep you posted. Good Luck with your weight loss.

I find that Miracle Burn makes it to I don't need to eat when I see something tempting, it's easier to say no...but I know I need to get exercising and eat health to see real results(no magic pill, darn). Make sure you take is on an empty stomach in the morning

"gert: is anyone having stomach problems or diarrhea form it?" I have diarrehea with it. I have taken it for three days, this is my 4th. I have woken up wiht diarrhea the past two days. I hope it goes away. I don't feel bad with it. My energy is good and I don't crash with is a plus. The best part is that I am NOT always ready to eat!

I have been taking MB for 4 days now and working out (cardio about 45min& some light weight training)I have Hypothyroidism(hyshimoto's disease) and have had no energy! I also work 12hour night shifts so my schedule is nuts and it is very hard to eat@the right times if at all. I am 5'7 and weigh 290lbs. I'm very frustrated with the thyroid issues and not being able to get that regulated. I haven't noticed any side effects though and I haven't had any significant weight loss as of yet... I'm gonna stick with it because it is helping with energy and I haven't had any side effects(yet). I once took BetaLean by EAS and it worked wonders but the Ephedra made me very jumpy and could not focus but it did work!! I hope this works!!!!!!! Will keep posting ;)

Started MB one week ago...I'm down 5 pounds. The only 'side effect' that I have noticed is that now when I have my daily coffee I'm ready to jump out of my seat. Not jittery...just a massive energy boost...which helps with getting that daily exercise in.

Hi.. So I tried MB about 4-5 days ago notice increase in energy the 3rd day... Nothing really in appetite I feel like I think about food alot sometimes....Weird but besides that I take as directed going to give it a month!!!! I need to lose 20 pounds!!!!
