MiracleBurn actually doesn't contain ephedrine but does have Hoodia and Advantra Z in it. I actually prefer something with ephedrine in it but only in small doses!

If it has ephedrine in it eventually, it will cause you heart palpitations, and/or anxiety attacks. Especially if you are over 40.

Miracle Burn has Hoodia and Advantra Z in it which are none to suppress your appetite. I have not tried miracle burn but have taken hoodia supplements and combined with a balanced low calorie diet and a good cardio workout you can definitly get results faster!

I tried Miracle burn as well as Ephedrine - I like them both but I have stuck with Miracleburn.
