We all want to maintain our youthful appearance. With the RealAge Diet, you could possibly trim 10 years off of your appearance just by changing the foods you eat and living a more healthful lifestyle. First created in 1999, the test was thoroughly updated in the beginning of 2011 under the direction of Keith Roach, MD, chief medical officer for RealAge, and the creator of the original RealAge Test, Michael Roizen, MD.
The RealAge Diet was introduced by Dr. Michael Roizen. He provides a plan that is easy to live by, but forces you to own up to every bite you take.
RealAge has the support of significant scientific data, with each part of the plan referencing at least four reputable studies, making this plan hard to argue with.
Dr. Roizen makes a variety of suggestions for ways in which to better your health, take off pounds, and begin to look younger. And they can all easily become a part of your routine. RealAge Diet does not require you to commit to common diet extremes and limitations, you're able to choose the changes that will best compliment you.
Start eating breakfast with whole grains, avoid processed foods, eat no more than 4 ounces of red meat each week, incorporate three, four-ounce servings of fish each week and read the nutrition facts and your food packages.
You can shave about five years off of your appearance by eating about five ounces of nuts each week and replacing your salad dressing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
