-I too had a very difficult time getting a two month refund. It took me FOREVER to get a customer service rep on the phone to first cancel my order. After I canceled, my credit card still was being billed. I had to file credit card fraud charges and eventually get a whole new credit card. I did not lose any weight and the pills made me very sick to my stomach.

-I too signed up for the sample product. It didn't arrive until about 9 days later. I started right away. I was billed 2 times. I cancelled right after that. This was the end of January. I received 1 bottle. I just got off the phone with them for the 4th time since then and told them to refund my money since I still have not gotten my 2nd bottle they billed me for. We will see if that happens

-ACAI BERRY "FREE" TRIAL" IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMS OUT THERE! I ordered the product and decided to cancel the day after I placed the order because the terms & conditions I printed out stated I had 15 days to cancel from the time i placed the order or they would begin charging $85 each month until cancelled.. After a 20 minute wait, I finally got a person on the line. She seemed unable to understand english and spoke it like she was reading from a manual and could not think for herself. This in itself made me nervous. I was told I'd receive an email confirmation within 24 hours...NOT! I waited three days to call again and ensure the cancellation. I had to wait a while to get someone on the line. I explained I cancelled but never received the email confirm. She stated she didnot see it in the system and re-cancelled. Again I should receive email confirm in 24 hours... NEVER GOT IT! I used the "CHAT LIVE" option to cancel but that wasnt working on their end. So I sent an email to the customer service explaining the situation and again (third time) that I wanted to cancel. I got an confirmation that they received the email. I ended up receiving the free trial sample 21 days after the origional order. I called again. The 800 line was not conecting, the chat was not working. I called my credit card company and explained the situation and they said to dispute and a note would be placed in my file to ensure the matter was resolved. My account was charged $85 the next day. I disputed the carge and called acai berry free trial AGAIN! The person on the other end wsas absolutely clueless. I cancelled again and insisted they credit my card back the $85. What a pain in the***. Guess what...no credit...BUT they did charge me another $85!!! I called the credit card company and was told that my credit card would be cancelled and reissued with a new number because they have seen this happen alot. They told me this company uses overseas contract to handle the orders and said they are under investigation for deseption and fraud. My credit card company did get this charge reversed. Thank God I have a great credit card issuer (a federal credit union) that cares for their customers. This ended up not costing me $$ but I spent three months and many hours and alot of aggrivation for a product I cancelled four different times without results. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO FIND acai berry at any GNC, Walmart, etc. for a more resonable price for a product that apparently is picky about who it works for...look up opinions on this Free Trial offer....too many similar situations.

-I was dumb enough to try this product. All it did was make me sick. What a RIPPOFF. It took a week to get to me.I had 1 wk to try it. I missed the 2 week trial by 1 day. My account has been charged 176.44 for a sample bottle. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS

+I ordered free trials from Acai noni, Acai Detox. I enjoyed the free trial, and as long as you obey the trial rules, cancel before 15 days is over, you can call or go on line and cancel your order with no problem and you do not get charged.

I really recommend you READ THE SMALL PRINT when applying for the free trial on this product. Thank goodness I went on this website and read the horrible stories of money rip offs. And thanks to a comment I read on another website, i bought this same product, with no contract being signed and awesome price!

First of all IDIOTS!!!! If you read the terms and conditions when you buy the free trial it CLEARLY says (if you passed 3rd grade and know how to read) that after 14 days it will AUTOMATICALLY take out the 80 or 85 dollars out for the next bottles because they want you to have the next bottle before running out of the free trial, your supposed to call asap to cancel the future charges on the bottles after the free trial...too many people just want to read the big and pretty print. DONT BE SOOO STUPID!!!!

-This is a horrible and deceiving scam. I called 13 days after I received it and canceled. The woman took 30 minutes to cancel my order and then literally 1 hr after getting off the phone with them my credit card was charged 79.90. This product made me sick and stole my money. Buyer beware even if you cancel within 14 days you are still charged and when I called back to complain they told me my cancelation didnt go through until the next day so it was to late.
