The Body At Home eating plan includes a specific diet for men and women. hmm well i like the quick workout aspect, 20 min is about all i have time for lately.

I'm not saying that it will not work, just that it is extremely boring and I couldn't stand counting to ten slowly for each exercise...thought I would lose my mind! Exercise must be FUN to keep one motivated!!!! ---HOWEVER...I do agree with his 3 hour eating rule. Eat every 3 hours but no more than the size of your hand and it will help your metabolism and appetite DRAMATICALLY!
