I did this today. It was crazy and I was sweating profusely throughout it. I could feel my heart working as well as my muscles. I've added it to my workout routine and I'm excited. For calories, it's roughly 147-163 calories burned pure 30 minute workout. Depending on the intensity you are doing, if you're taking breaks, if you're following the advanced girl or the modified girl.

Never knew that Jillian MIchaels was into yoga, I think this would be good, sometimes yoga feels too slow & boring.

i really like this workout i dont have the dvd but its on demand for a while for free so im saving money and losing pounds my legs and thighs and arms are already toned just working my underarms and abs

Seriously hard, and fun. Jillian's attitude cracks me up and I love her comments. Easy to follow with clear instructions. I lift weights five times a week and this video left me more sore than I can recall being in years.

I do yoga at least 5 times a week and I am quite active. I bought Jillians yoga meltdown dvd to change things up and wow did I get my money's worth! What a challenge! I love it!

I really loved it and although Jillian isn't a yoga expert she admits to working with a yogi when putting the workouts together. It's fast paced like Shred too, which I really liked!
