Will I lose weight with minimal exercise due to limitations at 75? I just started & am psyched up. I am 75 & have physical limitations even in walking. Will I still be able to succeed losing some weight ? Don't have Facebook.

Why my fat mass has increased? Hi bob,Iam 43 yrs active 5feet 1 and 51 kg of weight.i do yoga jillian's dvd's walk and run.i am a vegetarian. i ve lost a lots of lean body mass resently and my body fat is 36%.this is scary iam taking falx seed oil vitanin b,c,and eat nuts and seeds.no junk at all in my diet.lots of veg organic fruits, eggs and milk ocationaly, brown rice lentils pulses of all kind.why has my body fat level gone up?
