Lost 10 pounds in 3 in half weeks. You have to add starch and non starch veggies and fruit to each meal. Cost can add up to your monthly food bill. I am doing one more month on the plan, then going on my own to save cost.

I lost 40 lbs. on this diet. I liked all the food (except for the fajita mix).
