Shedding for the Wedding is a reality weight-loss show featuring engaged couples. The show is hosted Sara Rue, who is herself a weight-loss success story. The contestants compete as couples to lose weight and win the wedding of their dreams. Along the way, they also have the opportunity to win smaller elements of their big day, from rings to flowers.

To help the constants face their difficult and stressful goals of planning a wedding and losing weight, they will be guided by trainers Nicky Holender and Jennifer Cohen, nutritionist Ashley Koff and wedding planner Brian Worley.

Loving shedding for the wedding tv show. I remember when I was getting married and trying to shed the pounds... need to fit into that dress :)
