This workout, Fuse Dance Cardio Lean, is divided into 2 sections. The first part is called “Slender Body Burn” and is 25 minutes long. The first half is dedicated to dance moves that will help sculpt your body like a toned and lean dancer. You will be in a standing position for this entire section and will need no equipment. After a quick stretching session, the dancing begins with constant movements flowing from one exercise to the next. Many of the movements are dedicated to improving the body’s core, legs and glutes.
The next section of the DVD is called “Sleek Physique." This part lasts 35 minutes, equaling a one hour workout when added to the first half. The only equipment needed is a yoga mat which you’ll be sitting on a majority of the time. You’ll be lifting different parts of the body in various positions which will help in areas such as your abdominals, legs and hip flexors. If certain exercises are too advanced, an example of a modified version is available to watch.
