Yield: Serves 4

4 4-ounce salmon fillets
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/4 cup water
Sliced lemons

Preheat oven to 375F.
Place salmon fillets in baking dish and add water.
Top each fillet with a tablespoon of barbecue sauce.
Bake until done, about 20 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon.
