  • 4 slices deli ham, divided
  • 4 slices deli turkey, divided
  • 4 slices deli roast beef, divided
  • 1 cup cheese, divided
  • 6 slices cucumbers
  • Iceberg lettuce


  1. Arrange meat, cheese and toppings on salad
  2. Serve with your favorite low carb dressing
  3. Check the label of the deli meat - sometimes sugar is added
