Coconut Pie Crust

A great coconut replacement for pie crust.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 6g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut


  1. Mix coconut with butter
  2. Press firmly into a buttered pie pan
  3. Bake at 300F for 30 minutes until golden brown
  4. Cool
