Low Fat Cream Cheese Icing

It's the sweet icing everyone loves, without the fat.

Yield: 3.5 Cups; 56- 1 Tbs. servings


  • 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar


  1. Beat cream cheese and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually, beating well until frosting reaches creamy consistency
