Mixed Berry Smoothie

A sweet and healthy start to the day from the Biggest Loser Resort

Per Serving: 145 calories, 3 grams fat, 4 grams protein, 27 gram carbohydrates, 4 grams dietary fiber

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup tofu mori nu® light silken
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients together. Blend until all ingredients are mixed and smooth.
  2. Split smoothie into 4 glasses.
  3. Serve with one slice of toasted whole wheat bread or whole wheat English muffin.

i love this because it"s a quit meal for me because i work the tour one shift and i eat my first meal of the da/night at 2:00am-3:00am and when i get home my nexts meal is around 12:00pm-1:pm so i will have this instead.
