Orange Vinaigrette

A sweet, citrus topper for your salads.

Yield: Makes 1 Cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • Sprinkle with Splenda and salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container
  2. Shake to blend
  3. Keep refrigerated before serving
