Oven Omelet

A low-carb omelet with all the classic ingredients.

Yield: Serves 3


  • 6 eggs
  • 1/8 cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


  1. Combine eggs, water, salt and pepper
  2. Beat well
  3. Pour egg mixture in lightly greased pan
  4. Bake at 400º F for 5 minutes
  5. Add cheese and bacon and bake for 5 more minutes
