Pina Colada Fruit Dip

Give your fruit snack an island vacation.

Yield: Yields 4 1/2 cups


  • 1- 8oz. cartons fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 package fat-free vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 tsp. rum extract
  • 1 cup fat-free Cool Whip
  • Bite-size pieces fresh fruits (pineapple,
  • strawberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.)


  1. In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and pudding mix
  2. Stir in pineapple and extracts
  3. Fold in whipped topping
  4. Cover; refrigerate until serving time
  5. Serve with fruit dippers
