Shrimp and Garlic Butter

A low-carb shrimp dish.

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbs. dry sherry


  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen
  2. Peel and devein, rinse and pat dry
  3. Heat butter inskillet
  4. Add shrimp and garlic
  5. Cook for 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink
  6. Stir in parsley and sherry
