Smoked Salmon Muffins

Muffins with a meat and cheese surprise.

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup high gluten flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F
  2. Combine flour and baking powder
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cream, water, egg and cheese
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients
  5. Stir in salmon
  6. Pour into muffin tin
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes
