1 lb frozen winter squash, thawed
4 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and place in a covered casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 ºF until hot, about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
