+I really find encouragement in people like her. I've really never been overweight, but that's because I work really hard not to be! I look at my family and know that as much as I'd like a chocolate muffin, my health is more important. Health= Happy!

I'm looking forward in joining Courtney in this challenge. I have already been trying to walk everyday for the past two weeks and have not made it everyday yet. But, now with this challenge it just may be the push I need. Thanks Courtney!

I went for a walk today over my lunch hour. I try and do that every day as well as incorporating strength training and other cardio workouts. I have lost just over 125 pounds in the last 14 months.

I'm excited to participate! Anything I can use for accountability and group support is awesome! I had worked up to jogging about 2 miles at a time about a month ago and then fell off the wagon. I hope to get moving again because working out gives me confidence for the rest of my day and makes me feel powerful and in control. Thanks for being so positive and uplifting Courtney!

THANK YOU COURTNEY!!!! I have been battling my weight since the birth of my daughter 4 1/2 years ago. Before she was born I was never over 130 lbs, but now can't get below 170. I so want to feel good about myself again. A dear friend on mine lost her battle with cancer last week, and her motto was Trust in your Journey. I now wear a bracelet with that saying on it. It will serve as a constant reminder of the weight loss journey I am on. With her inspiration and your motivation I know I can complete this journey of my life.
