This video will take you through the steps of the Pilates stomach series. You can follow as you watch! This workout for your abs is also know as "The Fabulous Five." You will need a yoga or Pilates mat and adequate floor space. The basic Pilates stance is demonstrated, as well as the single leg stretch, the double leg stretch, and the criss-cross (or bicycle), single straight-leg stretch, and double-leg lifts.
