Great concept- horrible execution. Portion size varries daily so there's no way to trust how many calories you're actually getting. No quality control. I've been on it for a month and almost every day my meals are either missing something or they've substituted. For instance, I think I'm getting bruschetta but they send salsa on bread with mozzarella cheese-Ick! Or I think I'm getting salsa and they send canned chopped tomatoes to put in a wrap! Horrible customer service. They do not respond to emails and if you call, you're given a huge attitude. I will be attempting to get a refund on my credit card. So many other better meal delivery options out there!!

This plan allowed me to choose meals and snacks for the two weeks selected. Almos all foods were fresh and high quality. My favortes were the turkey meatballs, frit salad and shrimp. This was a bit expensive bu worth it.

an update since my first post . i did hear back and have seen a suitable increase in vegetables . the food is usually great tasting (had only one meal that wasn't edible) and i've had no problems with delivery.

i've been on this fresh diet delivery program for two weeks. I just recently learned that fruits and veggies are a part of the zone diet, which this service claims to provide., however fruits and veggies come only in miniscule portions, more like a garnish. the food label will often not match the food you actually get and portion sizes vary from day to day depending on who packs the food. you won't get a response if you ask for help. and they talked me into a three month stint paid for in advance. BUYER BEWARE!!
